This matter comes before the court on R.M.S. Titanic, Inc.'s ("RMST") Motion for a Salvage Award ("Motion") filed on November 30, 2007.1 The court held an evidentiary hearing on RMST's Motion on October 26-29, 2009, and on November 2 and 23, 2009.
