This case is before the Court on Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' first amended complaint. Defendants move that the entire first amended complaint be dismissed for failure to meet minimal pleadings standards, and alternatively that Counts II, IV, VI, and VII of the first amended complaint be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
