Plaintiff James Moses filed this action on October 4, 2006 against the Comptroller General of the United States Government Accountability Office ("GAO" or the "agency") alleging, among other things, that the agency discriminated on the basis of age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("ADEA").
