Defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP ("PWC") moves to dismiss plaintiff G. Philip Stephenson's claim that PWC's fraud caused him to lose his entire investment in Greenwich Sentry, a fund which invested in Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme. For the reasons that follow, the Court finds that Stephenson has not adequately alleged that PWC acted with scienter and grants PWC's motion to dismiss...
