Plaintiffs have sued the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe ("the Tribe"), several tribal officials, several employees of the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs ("BIA"), and a tribal consultant residing in Colorado for declaratory and injunctive relief. Pending before the Court is the Tribe's motion to dismiss and three motions to amend the Complaint. For the reasons given herein, the Court grants the motion to dismiss and denies...
