MEMORANDUM ORDER

JOSEPH N. LAPLANTE, District Judge.

This is an appeal from the denial of a claimant's application for Social Security Disability Benefits. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The claimant, Joseph Dube, contends that the administrative law judge ("ALJ") incorrectly found that Dube was not disabled because he retained the residual functional capacity ("RFC") to perform light duty work, see Admin. R. 12;1
