On May 22, 2009, Kimya Swann ("plaintiff or "Swann") sued her former employer Source One Staffing Solutions, LLC ("defendant" or "Source One"). Swann alleges that Source One created a sexually hostile work environment in violation of Title VII and that Source One wrongfully discharged her in violation of North Carolina public policy in retaliation for complaining about sexual harassment.1
