Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendant Southeast Service Corporation, moves to dismiss Plaintiff Sarah Park's claims for negligent entrustment, wrongful intrusion into private affairs, and outrage.
