This matter concerns an insurance coverage dispute arising out of an accident that occurred at a construction site while workers were unloading a truck. Plaintiffs, The Burlington Insurance Company ("Burlington"), a general liability insurer and Stonebridge, Inc. ("Stonebridge"), a construction company, instituted this suit against Defendant, Northland Insurance
