This is a lawsuit over whether a financing company fraudulently induced an ice cream manufacturer to sign an equipment lease by misrepresenting that it had estimated an end-of-term buyout value for the leased equipment and by providing that* value to the ice cream manufacturer to make the offered lease appear commercially competitive. I conducted a bench trial on April 13-15, 2010....
