Pearson Education, Inc. ("Pearson"),1 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ("Wiley"), Cengage Learning, Inc. ("Cengage"), and The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. ("McGraw-Hill") bring this action for copyright and trademark infringement against Mohit Arora, doing business as Besteconomybooks and proceeding pro se, and against five John Doe defendants.
