Beacher ("Brenda" or the "plaintiff") initially presented a cause of action for a constructive trust with regard to the ownership of shares in a corporation, called the B.B.E. Realty Corp. ("BBE"). In fact, the complaint in this action sets forth only one cause of action against the defendant, the Estate of Fred M. Beacher, based on a constructive trust....
