MEMORANDUM OPINION

On July 27, 2010, this Court granted plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment, finding defendant Roberto Donna ("Donna"), and corporate defendants SER, Inc. d/b/a Galileo Restaurant, and RD Trattoria, Inc. d/b/a/ Bebo Trattoria Restaurant (collectively "defendants"), liable to plaintiffs and collective plaintiffs for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201, et seq.
