OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendants TAT International, LLC ("TAT") and Kirk Knapp's ("Knapp") (collectively "Defendants") Motion to Dismiss and Request for Costs and Attorney's Fees. (Docket Nos. 15 & 16.) The issues have been fully briefed, the parties have presented oral arguments, and the matter is now ripe for decision. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS
