Presently before the Court are the parties' Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment,1 [dkt. 80; 83], in this action seeking enforcement of inmates' rights to obtain kosher meals to properly exercise their religious beliefs during their incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction.
