Plaintiffs in this case are investors in the FM Low Volatility Fund ("FM Fund"), a "sub-feeder" fund, the assets of which were invested in "Feeder Funds" that in turn invested in Bernard L. Madoff Securities LLC ("BMIS"). Plaintiffs bring claims against Defendants associated with the FM Fund and against the Feeder Funds in which the FM Fund invested.1
