This matter is before the Court on Defendant Luihn Four, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff Owen Harry brought this action alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq. ("ADA"). For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED in their entirety.
