MEMORANDUM OPINION

Marla Baker, the plaintiff in this civil case, seeks, inter alia, compensatory and punitive damages from defendant Tobin, O'Connor and Ewing (the "Law Firm"), alleging that through one of its principals, Stephen O'Connor, it aided and abetted defendant Kathryn Gurfein in the wrongful conversion of certain family jewelry, and that it fraudulently misrepresented the location of this jewelry.
