This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion (# 13) for Remand to State Court; the Motion (# 9) for Summary Judgment of Defendants Dennis Healy, Holly Healy, Sky Corporation, Ltd., and RKD Premium Products, Inc.; and Plaintiffs' Motion (# 24) for Leave to File [Second] Amended Complaint.

For the reasons that follow, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs' Motion for Remand, GRANTS
