Defendant Ronald Jordan pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm as a felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(D), and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), and I set the case for sentencing.
