In this case brought for breach of contract, plaintiff Stacey Blau seeks damages against defendant Grzegorz Nowicki. The Clerk of Court has entered a default against defendant, and before the Court is plaintiff's motion for entry of a default judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(b)(2).
