The action before us, filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleges violation of María Peñalbert-Rosa's1 First Amendment rights resulting from her termination of employment because of her political beliefs and denial of her Fourteenth Amendment due process rights. Plaintiff also claims that her suit is brought under the Fifth Amendment.2...
