On December 10, 2009, Dale Lesmeister ("Lesmeister") was found guilty of the misdemeanor charge of Assault by Striking, Beating, or Wounding under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1152 and 113(a)(4) after a court trial before United States Magistrate Judge Mark A.
