This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Vacate Arbitration Award and Defendants' Motion to Enforce Arbitration Award and for Attorney's Fees. For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiffs Motion to Vacate is DENIED; Defendant's Motion to Enforce is GRANTED; and Defendant's Motion for Attorney's Fees is DENIED.
