Plaintiff Mario Birch, a former branch manager for defendants JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (collectively, "Chase"), brought the present action on grounds that he was terminated by Chase based on his race and national origin, and in retaliation for his attempt to prevent discrimination of a disabled person.
