("DSM") brought suit against Verenium Corporation ("Verenium"), successor to Diversa Corporation ("Diversa"), for unauthorized use of confidential information and trade secrets. Before the Court is Verenium's motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
