Presently before the Court is Defendant Graco Children Products Inc.'s Motion To Dismiss (D.I. 4), and Plaintiff Jennifer L. Brinkmeier's Motion For Leave To File Amended Complaint (D.I. 12). For the reasons discussed, Plaintiff's Motion will be granted,1 and Defendant's Motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
