Plaintiff, the law firm of Dolin, Thomas & Solomon, LLP ("Dolin Thomas"), proceeding pro se, commenced this action against the United States Department of Labor ("DOL"), alleging claims under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552.
