Currently pending before the Court are Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 27) and Plaintiff's Motion to Extend the Deadline to File an Opposition (Doc. No. 28).1 The Court has reviewed the entire record, including the pleadings and exhibits, with respect to the instant motions. The issues have been briefed, and no hearing is deemed necessary.
