Insurance coverage plaintiffs Carson Helicopters, Inc. and Carson Helicopter Services, Inc. and insurance coverage defendant Houston Casualty Company filed cross-motions for partial summary judgment regarding choice of law in the coverage action within this multi-district litigation. For the reasons below, I grant in part and deny in part both parties' motions. I find that no conflict exists between Oregon and Pennsylvania...
