Plaintiff Wi-LAN, Inc. ("Wi-LAN") filed suit against numerous defendants (collectively "Defendants") alleging infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,282,222 ("the '222 patent") and RE37,802 ("the '802 patent").
