The Court presided over a jury trial in this products-liability case from October 6, 2009 to October 16, 2009. Following trial, the jury returned a verdict awarding Plaintiff Adeyinka Adebiyi nearly $4 million in damages. Now before the Court are Defendant Aqua-Dyne, Inc.'s motions (1) for judgment as a matter of law, (2) for a new trial, and (3) to set aside the damages award.1...
