Before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment on patent infringement and validity. For the reasons that follow, the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on infringement is GRANTED, the defendants' motion for summary judgment of non-infringement is DENIED, and the plaintiff's cross-motion regarding patent validity is GRANTED and defendants' cross-motion regarding invalidity is DENIED...
