This federal securities fraud action arises from a transaction occurring in 2006 whereby the Plaintiff Anne M. Lindberg, a former employee and minority shareholder of Defendant Clarion Sintered Metals, Inc. ("CSM"), sold her shares of CSM stock back to the company.
