This is an action for copyright infringement arising under the United States Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101. Plaintiffs allege that defendants infringed their copyrights by giving unauthorized public performances of six musical compositions at defendants' establishment, Zanzibar on the Waterfront Restaurant.
