On May 3, 2007, the defendant was convicted of ten United States and District of Columbia criminal offenses: eight counts of bank fraud, one count of theft in the first degree, and one count of fraud in the first degree. On August 7, 2007, as a consequence of these convictions, the defendant was sentenced to a prison term of fifty-one months and five years of supervised release for his United States Code...
