In this patent infringement lawsuit, plaintiffs Eugene Baratto and Textures, Inc. allege that defendant Brushstrokes Fine Art, Inc.'s art reproductions infringe claim 1 of United States Patent No. 5,721,041 (the '041 patent), which discloses a method of reproducing the brushstrokes found in original paintings.
