This action brought by the Plaintiff, Alfred Carl Faraca, a/k/a A.C. Faraca ("Faraca"), arises out of the failure of the Defendant, Fleet 1 Logistics, LLC ("Fleet 1"), to pay Faraca for work that he performed under a Contract Hauling Agreement (the "Agreement") that they entered into on July 31, 2008.
