Plaintiff Anthony Allen ("Plaintiff") brings this employment action against Defendant the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services ("ODJFS") and Defendant Mark Birnbrich ("Birnbrich"). Plaintiff alleges he suffered various adverse employment actions and retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e and O.R.C. § 4112.02....
