THIS MATTER is before the Court on defendants Wyeth, Inc. and Schwarz Pharma, Inc.'s motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 44) and the related briefs (Doc. Nos. 45, 52, & 54). For the reasons stated below, the Court will GRANT the defendants' motion.
