Plaintiff Milton Abeles, Inc. (hereinafter "Milton Abeles" or "plaintiff") brings this action in diversity1 against Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, LLC (hereinafter "Creekstone" or "defendant"), asserting claims related to Creekstone's alleged breach of an agreement with Milton Abeles.
