This is an employment action brought under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 525(b). Plaintiff, Dean Rea, alleges that defendant's, Federated Investor's, refusal to hire him solely because he went through bankruptcy violates § 525(b) of the Bankruptcy Code which prohibits such discrimination.
