On November 21, 2006, Larry Dale Crouch took off in a Piper PA-32RT-300 from the Mayfield-Graves County Airport in Mayfield Kentucky, with Teddy Lee Hudson in the passenger seat. The aircraft was bound for the Capital City Airport in Frankfort, Kentucky, but suddenly lost all engine power. Crouch was forced to crash-land in a field near Bardstown, Kentucky, and both he and Hudson suffered...
