This action arises out of the filing of an Abbreviated New Drug Application ("ANDA")1 by Barr Laboratories, Inc. and Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively, "Barr")2 in 2007 for a generic version of the brain cancer drug Temodar ® (temozolomide3). Plaintiff Cancer Research Technology Limited
