Before the Court is defendant Jacqueline Ratner's motion to dismiss and pro se plaintiff1 David Henderson's "Response to the Order of Dismissal" ("Reponse"). The Response will be construed as a motion to reconsider and/or to amend the complaint, and will be denied as futile. Ratner's motion to dismiss will be granted, and the case will be dismissed in its entirety....
