MEMORANDUM OPINION

COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.

Before the Court are Defendant's motions for a judgment of acquittal following the close of the government's evidence and at the close of all of the evidence, on which the Court reserved its decisions pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 29(b), and Defendant's [80] Renewed Rule 29 Motion for Judgment of Acquittal, filed after the jury returned the verdict pursuant to Rule 29(c).
