This is a civil action in which plaintiff Kevin Durham was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis on his claims that defendant Lindus Construction/Midwest Leafguard, Inc. discriminated against him because of his race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
