In this action, Plaintiff Antonio Alcala brings claims against his former employer, Defendant Whirlpool Corporation, alleging constructive discharge, discrimination on the basis of race, national origin or ancestry, and retaliation in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Ohio Revised Code Section 4112.99.
