Plaintiff Midrad, LLC, operates a tavern called the Outer Limits in Middleton, Wisconsin. Plaintiff wishes to offer nude dancing at the tavern, but has refrained from doing so because it fears that doing so will violate ordinances of defendants Town of Middleton and Dane County, Wisconsin. In the alternative, plaintiff would like to continue presenting performances of dancers wearing G-strings and pasties...
