Jermaine Randle was arrested and charged under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B) with possessing a controlled substance after his parole officer found cocaine in his bedroom. The officer searched the bedroom without a warrant two weeks after Randle's urine tested positive for cocaine.
